All investigators are licensed in accordance with the Security Investigations Act 1995. We ensure compliance with the Privacy Act 1988, including the National Privacy Principles (NPP), Private Agents Act 1996, Freedom of Information Act 1991, Surveillance Devcices Act 1999, National Consumer Credit Protection Act.

All staff and contractors are bound to a comprehensive Code of Conduct & Confidentuality undertaking that covers the interest of all partities in regards to ALL activities undertaken. Any information obtained in relation to a specific task is not discussed with any other party without the written consent of the client. All staff and contractors are also bound by a comprehensive Standards and Practices undertaking that clearly sets out the procedures to be followed to ensure the most effective use of time and resources and compliance with all legal obligations.
